What can I say about my darling Charlie Paymont, even her smile lights up a room I could not wish for such care and compassion, I love her dearly.

The total sincerity and commitment, the cheerfulness from "Fred" the hospice nurse as we performed the last offices together on my husband, just four hours ago, the support and guidance was touching.
My letter thanks to you, you cant improve on perfection.

The only issue was that the telephone number needed to contact the nurses (the 0845 number) should have been given a printed card - not left for dad to write down (which he did incorrectly which caused the night problem!).
Other than that care was good.
