Fast track to gynae so seen quickly. The HCA, Consultant (Mr Eskandar) and receptionist were all professional. Parking was easy and the department was easy to find. Treated with respect throughout my biopsies. I would have liked more information (I was given a piece of paper with 6 bullet points after the tests) so I had to Google for more information! Typical nhs, not giving full information to patients. I had to contact the Medical Secretary to find out when my results were due and she was excellent... Returned my call when she said. Great service, may be not excellent but given the challenges the NHS face... No complaints.
