I was referred to the endoscopy department very recently, I have to say the service I received was fantastic. I was put at ease within a few moments of being there, the nurses were so understanding and realised I was very nervous about the procedure. Everything was explained to me in great detail, there was no rushing about and everything was so relaxed, the consultant even took great time in having a chat with me, after the endoscopy was done, the nurses took great care of me and I can honestly say (for anyone who is having an endoscopy) dont be anxious about it as you are in great hands. Many thanks to the whole team - you are a credit to the profession!
