Very good.
The nurses were really nice and caring. But the doctor was very rude which upset me.
Staff were polite, they looked after me very well, I am very satisfied how I was cared for. Thank you.
The nurses were lovely, excellent bedside manner. They even held my hand during my procedure. The doctor (who I've had before) came across as a bit condescending and dismissive. I know this is a hospital but still a bit of compassion and manners go a long way. Pretty much felt like I was wasting his time (if I'm having this procedure, there's a reason for it) and that he didn't want to do anything let alone believe me.
He didn't believe I have pancreatitis when I was admitted here in October. Special mention Bhavon really and truly a wonderful, caring and empathetic room.
Friendly and professional.
Staff making my visit a comfortable and pleasant one.
Yes the doctor and staff were very kind and they look after me with compassion.
Thank you.
I was taken care of very excellent.
I am furious with the 'care' I have received. I came to A and E on 16/05/16 with an infected cyst causing me real pain. I was here for 6 hours and scheduled in for an operation on 17/05/16 at 7:30 am. I signed a consent form and was given a prescription which didn't exist at the pharmacy. I came home and returned on the 17/05/16 only to be told no beds, spoken to like rubbish and sent home with co-codamal and a 'sorry better luck necx time'.
Disgusting! I have a 2 year old who I can no longer look.
The reason I put likely to the option above is because for the very first time in 5 years I have been treated like a person. I have visited A and E for several times before for different emergency reasons but I have never been treated fully and the treatment was never satisfying. For the first time I have felt like the department is actually doing some work here and its only because if one nurse, her name is Telma Lopes. She is actually a great nurse, with a great communication skills. Keep up your great work Telma!!!
