The initial care and consultation was prompt and accurate, in my opinion. But due to Bureaucracy and lack of care in their duties that soon spiralled down to being put on a ward with low paid agency staff who had little if any interest in the patients on the ward. I waited almost 24 hrs before I got an extremely vague prognosis that I had arrived at independently prior to this. I then sat in the discharge lounge for over 3 hours to be given a prescription. The service was poor!! For over 3 hours to be given a prescription that was not 'up to the job'. I could have saved 3 hours and gone to Tesco and bought the same drugs.
