Esther Stode looked after my mum in Urgent care- she embodies all the core values of this trust. As a nurse myself, I was very impressed with her care. She was kind, compassionate, her communication was exceptional. Esther went above and beyond (sourcing medication that wasn’t readily available) she made the entire experience less daunting for my mum who has a fear of hospitals. Thank you!
