I was a patient who came in very anxious about some aspects of my operation, however as all staff at all levels were very friendly, they helped me to relax. They took the time to talk, listen to concerns and explain, it's a wonderful team and atmosphere in Maple ward. The whole stay was a pleasant experience.
The constant monitoring in all aspects of my health was very re assuring - a full M.O.T.!
The bed wards were spotlessly clean and hygiene standards were very high.
I can think of nothing from my stay that would need improving and would recommend the gateway surgical unit as a center of choice.
