*Nurses who know my child took care of her. *Personal care needs improvement simple staff suctioning, wiping child's mouth and checking nappy. *If parent is sleeping nurses should let them sleep and care another nurse just to turn child over. Parent shouldn't be woken up specially for hourly turns. *Nurses should follow parents/dieticians instruction and not do what's easy/time saving for them.
