I can not fault my case worker [name removed] she is amazing I wish every one is like her nice and kind. I felt so sorry for her first meeting and crying my heart out as been having a very very tuff time. I hope she stays and keep working for the company. I have had really bad experiences with other people part from another lady who looked after both me and my Duaghter. [name removed] made me safe.
Then im been looked after by another guy he is really really good went thought every thing with me explained things and just took time to be kind to me he’s really lovley I’ve never met him he’s on the phone. He very polite and lovely made me feel safe.
