Late 2023 I had my first visit to New horizons. My head was in a place that I would never wish to visit again. When I was asked questions of how I was feeling I was always aware of the empathy. I never felt under pressure to talk of anything I preferred not to. Initially I could hardly get my words out without bursting into tears but always felt I could trust your team . With every visit I grew and grew in confidence and gradually learnt that I am person with much to stay alive for and that I had a lot to give to others this made me feel good with myself. In particular [name removed] was brilliant to help me see my potential, more than that he was able to help me see i have real positive future.

I can't think of anything you could have done better.
