When I was assigned Heken Stokes for my counselling, I already had been through a few counselling sessions over the last 10 years,but even on first meeting,[name removed] made me feel at ease and ensured that I was listened to. She tried her very best to help someone like who has already lost the will to live. All I can say that you need more people like [name removed] in your service - someone who genuinely tries her best to help. She is an asset to your service. Thank you .
Suggested improvements
Maybe offer more services to people like me who attend counselling services as without them, I would be dead by now.
