We are very worried. As a family our beloved grandparent is being admitted for the fourth time and with all these poor reviews and our own experiences, we are v concerned. If the nhs admitted when they had failed and tried to correct it , things wouldn't be so bad, but they always seem to be in denial and want to push the blame onto the easy targets which is often the relatives. We dread to think what these 'professionals' write in their reports that we don't get to see. Our relative was released as being fit but we found out a few weeks ago that they had actually released him in the early stages of pneumonia. It was hospital born but the hospital tried to say it was community based, when he rightly got read mitred again to the hospital. If they were just honest, fair and polite, maybe there wouldn't be so many poor reviews regarding this hospital and the staff.
