Louise Turner was excellent. Very professional and I felt extremely confident and comfortable with her. She was so nice and helpful, really listens to everything I had to say.

I was nervous at the time, but within seconds The nurse in question put me at ease. Such a very nice person with understanding of what I was going through ,and helped me out , I was treated with respect , understanding of my problem, nothing was to much trouble . My stoma is now comfortable , I also spoke to a Doctor after Louise left, who made out a prescription for the medication Louise suggested, My Daughter will pick it up Tomorrow from Boots, already asked if they have got it.

Nothing Louise is ringing me up next Friday to see how I am. Hope I have good news for her. I cannot thank her enough. .A Great asset to your Company. Louise is very Dedicated. worker. Thank you

My stoma nurse Michaela was very good and her professional care and attention is very much appreciated, My stoma nurse Michaela explained everything that I needed to know and gave me some information about the problem I had, also my treatment from Michaela was superb Many thanks to N A M S AND N H S and of course to my stoma nurse Michaela thank you

I was having a problem with the urostomy bag I am wearing as the tap attached to the bag sometimes shows outside my trousers when I am outdoors and this makes me feel a little conscious of that Michaela the stoma nurse put me at ease with the problem and explained all that I need to know to fix this issue, I am now totally satisfied with the help and care I received from my stoma nurse Michaela. While there at the clinic I was also given a full review of my medical situation and Michaela gave me some good advice to aid the stoma and area around it. My mind is very much at ease thanks to my wonderful nurse Michaela.

I have always found the staff very understanding and listen to any problems I may have. They have always responded to my requests very promptly. I was very grateful to be told about the new annual reviews. It is a wonderful addition to a first class service.
