Absolutely over the moon with the service provided today, our nurse Tammy went above and beyond, explained everything, solved all our problems and was absolutely fabulous.

Seriously couldn't have done anything better, we were seen dead on the dot, service was 100% ....couldn't improve on a single thing

Louise has visited me a few times and is an excellent nurse who puts me at ease and is totally professional. Ordering goods through NAMS is also excellent, especially Julie, who has helped me on a number of occasions with my queries

The treatment I always receive is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. All my questions and worries are dealt with and there is always someone on the end of the phone if needed. I can’t fault the care and service I have received.

I had a home visit from Louise who was very caring and took the time to listen. I had a holiday booked for just after her visit. I was having some thoughts as to maybe i should not be doing this with a stoma. Louise put my mind at rest about these concerns. This was the first time i had meet Louise but found her very good and easy to talk too. Louise took some pictures of my stoma to be able to get a second opinion, and told me she would call me on my return from holiday. Louise did as promised and called me on my retutn. THANK YOU LOUISE, you are a star. I look forward to seeing you in the future.

I honestly can not think of anything that could have been done better. 10 out of 10.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
