We had issues with the microphone and ended up using the video alongside a mobile phone.
The nurse was helpful and listened to what the issue was before asking pertinent questions to resolve my problems. She was courteous and sensitive at all times during the call.
Suggested improvements
A test of the IT a day or 2 before the actual call may help with IT issues
