I was treated with respect and patience by the receptionist, and stoma care nurses Andrew bird and Tammy temple, but that they knew their jobs in more important still and I was encouraged to contact them again to report on the changes made to equipment. Being aged and rheumatic and dependent on public transport, I found the clinic premises a bit difficult to locate. However this only applies to someone with reduced mobility, so I am not suggesting moving location, but the sign nearby could be bigger, cleaner and more elevated?

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. It is good to read that the staff you had contact with treated you well. Thanks also for the suggestion regarding our signage, We will look into to this to see if it can be improved.
