Did not answer 'better self-manage' as I am doing pretty good prior to the appointment so nothing has changed.
Staff were friendly and did ask for consent. Unfortunately I wasn't too keen on taking my bag off and Louise went on accordingly. She was polite, friendly, and just a very kind person.
Suggested improvements
While it's something you can't change, the location is horrible!
