Nurse Louise was efficient helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall the NAMS ordering system is excellent. Only drawback is the availability of a stoma nurse to see me at home as I rang you about my annual review in November and was only seen today. The provision of support wear is also disappointingly slow as this was discussed also in November and nothing has happened yet regarding new support wear.
