I was treated with upmost respect and dignity by Louisa.
I dreaded having a Stoma Review however this was made into what I may see was an enjoyable experience.
Louisa put me at my ease and answered my questions fully in a clear concise way.
I have come away feeling in better control of my stoma life!!
Suggested improvements
I truely don’t believe anything could be done to improve the service I received!!
