The nurse came to my home at a time that was convenient to me. This was extremely helpful as coming to a clinic would have had a negative impact on my health condition.
The nurse was very warm, compassionate and professional. She picked up on an issue with my peri-stomal skin that I hadn't picked up on myself and was able to give me clear treatment advice and change my prescription accordingly
Suggested improvements
As I needed a home visit, I was put on a waiting list. I was pleased that the appointment came up quickly, but it would have been nice to have been able to book a specific appointment time on the phone when I initially requested it.
