The nurse in question was in training and through my Stoma review she was under supervision. I had no reason not to give my consent for her to undertake my Stoma review which required her to examine my Stoma and the surrounding areas.
Suggested improvements
The Stoma Review clinic was well run. In my view nothing needs to be done to better the current procedures.

I thought the video call today was very informative.
Any questions I asked were addressed today.
Andrew Bird was very understanding of my problems and advised of some solutions to try.
Overall I was very satisfied with the video call.

I was seen by Andrew today to discuss my colostomy he was very thorough, amd gave me lots of answers I've been trying to get for so long, I'm very happy with the care I recieved today.
