In general the service is very good. From my personal experience of the service I have found at times unreasonable time passes before a nurse responds. When they do the response and advice is good. The problem appears to be they don’t have the time. Which isn’t very good when you need help quickly.

Gave me good advice and showed me a condition to apply.
Tammy Temple explained all my questions and made Louise Turner me feel at ease, from the moment I sat down.
I remained at ease throughout the examination and although the condition cannot be altered I was reassured that I was coping well.

The visit was very helpful, it was good to be able to talk to a stoma nurse,Louise and Martin was very good
I was unable to connect to have the video call. Andrew dealt with my review in a compassionate, kind and understanding manner. He listened to me and I felt he understood exactly what I was saying. He maintained professionalism whilst also responding light-heartedly to my personality.
Had a review in clinic today the two nurses was very understanding and professional and all my questions answered and my problems resolved
