In general the service is very good. From my personal experience of the service I have found at times unreasonable time passes before a nurse responds. When they do the response and advice is good. The problem appears to be they don’t have the time. Which isn’t very good when you need help quickly.

Suggested improvements
I do have a criticism of some of the telephone staff unfortunately. Some need extra training I feel when dealing with a problem, not to tell someone they can’t help, when they can help, it just takes effort on their part. Also, they should listen and not interupt, I speak from my experience of the telephone staff. This comes across as they aren’t interested in helping or listening properly. Which I feel is unprofessional.

I remained at ease throughout the examination and although the condition cannot be altered I was reassured that I was coping well.

I was unable to connect to have the video call. Andrew dealt with my review in a compassionate, kind and understanding manner. He listened to me and I felt he understood exactly what I was saying. He maintained professionalism whilst also responding light-heartedly to my personality.

Had a review in clinic today the two nurses was very understanding and professional and all my questions answered and my problems resolved
