My son was admitted to a&e after receiving a head injury whilst playing football .arriving approximately 8.30pm we were in triage immediately then in a cubicle to be assessed by 9.15 pm, the staff were efficient & friendly which put us all at ease .we were kept updated of all intentions ,the doctor advised him to stay in overnight for observation as he had memory loss & confusion ,after a ct scan and diagnosed concussion . He was monitored every hour through the night & discharged the next day. Thank you to this department much appreciated your expertise, especially dr Chris ..
