All staff, including porters were polite when transferring me from theatre to depts. All nursing staff were kind and professional with plenty of information regarding my operation. The only critical problems were that visitors were still smoking near hospital entrances and disposing of chewing gum on pavements. The outpatient dept in the plastics dept. could have had a bit more attention paid to dust etc., in corners of treatment room. surgeon and theatre staff were very kind.
