Firstly parking is appalling, cars parked on curbs, pieces of green anywhere they can fit a car. Upon arrival help desk.... next joke there was no help not a single member of staff near the desk. So taking to the corridor assuming a hospital would have good use of signs we searched for the department we needed. Followed an arrow that took us everywhere but where we needed to be! Asked a member of staff he had no idea advised us to go downstairs, whilst downstairs asked a female member of staff who stated it was you guessed it upstairs! Getting infuriated at the fact not even the staff know where to go didn't make me feel safe at all. I feel sorry for any patients who get lost whilst admitted best start carrying a flare! In the end we went to get a coffee the only thing decent this hospital had to offer. Didn't get to appointment rung the department they said they couldn't direct me from where I was... well if you can't direct me from the main entrance what chance have I got in letting you treat me not that I'd want you too now. All the staff look miserable and are blunt as if they're forced to work. If you don't want the job go elsewhere!
