Visited a relation in Morriston hospital on Easter Monday 2017 Reception areas, admin. and visitor support non existent. The reception was closed. We had to wander around the wards unchallenged to find the ward my relation was on. Following the visit we noted there were no hygiene dispensers visible in the ward or in the corridors for us to clean our hands. We visited the toilets. Again no soap provided. My partner unable to use the toilet as it was filthy. Feeling like a coffee we went to the Costa cafe. Unfortunately it was 5.00pm. and closing. My relation though medicated was not able to receive the necessary scam or magic eye. Every time I asked where are staff, the reply was its Bank Holiday. And people think our NHS is in safe hands ????.
