Stayed on ward T after an double jaw surgery op so quite a major procedure which requires care for recovery. Some of the nurses were great on this ward but felt like i should of recieved more care. Couldnt find my buzzer, my suction tube was turned off, elderly patients waking in night left to wander around room, lack of english from one particular nurse, rushed out of there for bed space, nurse threw out a mask i needed to take home with me for recovery which cost us £48 to get a new one. I understand they are busy but one nurse in particular shouldnt be doing that job at all. Not the best care
