I had a skin graft and was on Powys ward the first treatment for some old burns I have had in 44 years and the way I was treated by all staff was outstanding I could not have asked for better. Excellent communication, information and compassion from all levels of the staff, the after care is still ongoing and just as good as on the ward. Just remember the patient has their role to play as well it is not a one way street.
