My dad has recently had treatment here , he was in for 5 weeks and has come out with Grade 7 pressure areas to his foot and leg . We were very disappointed with the care and will be putting in a a formal complaint , made me and family saddened and angry when he told us he felt neglected while in the ward .
He was given little to no help while in hospital, also was discharged unsafely with no OT home assessment carried out . There's so much more list is endless , missed IV medication many times , left in his theatre gown for 2 days after the OP and only then helped because we complained , dressings left on for days ,only changed when we complained .
