This is the worst hospital that I have been to. Extremely poor customer service. The employees/ staff are extremely rude and patronising. The doctors are pressurising. I spent about 7 hours in the hospital, most of the time I was sitting the waiting rooms since I kept on being transferred from departments and doctors. I was given no final decision and was told to come back again. They seem to have no interest in helping patients- just treating us like lab rats for specimen. Extremely INEXPERIENCED doctors. I am extremely dissappointed. I feel much WORSE after going to the Moorfield eye hospital.
