Had quite possibly the worst and most badly organised treatment ever. I wish I hadn’t paid privately to have treatment here as I’m sure it would have been far better organised on the NHS.
My appointments were cancelled or never booked by the surgeon’s secretary, I was given no information about my surgery and I’ve never encountered somewhere so utterly disorganised.
The surgery and hospital are poorly equipped to deal with patients with mental health conditions and I was given no support regarding this.
Utterly utterly terrible and would recommend you highly avoid this hospital if you’re going private.
What’s worse is that if anything goes wrong with your surgery you get charged even more to see the surgeon for follow ups!!
