I was in such pain that I couldn't even attempt the NHS website exercises but after my first session the pain had faded sufficiently to start the exercise. Whatever your reason that you are thinking about going or not I would strongly recommend.

I have had the most fantastic physio treatment by Ameeth who was incredibly professional and helpful. He has spured me on to do much more regular exercise. I didn’t know that this facility existed at Molesey hospital and have been more than impressed. So wonderful to have a local facility like this. All the staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant. Long may this venue continue.
