After 2 physio sessions was invited to join the exercise class which ran for 6 weeks. Well constructed class with plenty of variety. Help on hand and advice to increase/decrease difficulty.
There's always room for improvement but short of paying for my full gym membership, I'm not sure how in this case. Well done.
