Individual exercises explained and demonstrated, as was all equipment.A complete novice, I was able to use weights and cross trainer, etc with confidence and enthusiasm. Being part of a group was positive and helpful. Now feeling stronger and with the will to do more. Have beeen referred to Excel, have an assessment booked and hope to continue my exercise journey there.
I have really appreciated the physio help I have received at Molesey Hospital.
