Attended the X ray department for a CT scan with contrast. The staff (particularly John) were very considerate and kind, he explained the procedure in detail so that I knew what to expect throughout. I wasn't particularly worried about having the scan, but having never had one before it was so nice to be totally put at ease by his professional and kind approach. He also told me what to expect and feel as the contrast passed into my veins, which was a slightly strange warm sensation but not at all unpleasant. The department and staff were very busy - yet I felt as though I was treated with respect and didn't feel hurried or rushed at all. Also would like to thank Becky in the Imaging Department for keeping me informed regarding the expected time of my results being ready and for a friendly chit-chat. Full marks to a very professional team in Imaging department, thank you for your first class treatment. Hope I don't see you again - and I mean that in the nicest possible way!
