Great care from all the staff in A&E , it was extremely busy on Sunday whilst I was in there . Excellent care from a staff nurse who particularly stood out on her 12 hour shift ( Catherine ) I was in the middle of the Bay Area as all bays were full , so not so private but the best of a situation out of the staffs control . 10 hours from admission to discharge. All staff are busy with their own work load .

I had been ill for a few days, with my ileostomy bag constantly filling with pure liguid and I felt nauseous and had fainted. I was advised by 111 to attend A&E, which I did. I was seen very quickly and sent to the Urgent Care Unit (not sure if that name's correct). I had blood tests and x-rays and then sent to Ward 2. I was kept in that day and overnight, discharged the following afternoon. I had become extremely dehydrated and was given rehydration fluids via drip. I was treated with dignity, care and respect throughout and I was thoroughly impressed with the set-up and every member of staff I interacted with. Ward 2 seems to be a very busy environment. All members of staff that I encountered were efficient, caring and cheerful. I would say they loved their work. Please make sure they know how grateful I am to them.

Exceptional care by everyone, doctors and nurses - I was a difficult patient, and they made me as comfortable as possible, and went above and beyond. The team comes from all corners of the this earth, and they really do an amazing job. To work under such stressful conditions (patients are not fun people to be around) and be able to do it with a smile. I don't know how they manage it, but I can't thank them enough.

I was admitted for a Right Knee replacement In May 2023. The care I was given on the ward was very good. The staff were attentive, the ward clean and tidy, the food was enjoyable and the atmosphere relaxing.

My 93 year old mum has been in hospital a number times this year and unfortunately passed away yesterday but I can honestly recommend Milton Keynes Hospital to anyone. Over the months that we have had dealings with the hospital the family have been looked after with dignity and respect. We were been informed quickly of any changes and even after her passing they have been kind and considerate. Sue from the bereavement team was lovely and made us all feel important. Thankyou Milton Keynes and all your hardworking staff

The Oncology centre was very welcoming. The staff were very helpful and all the treatment was explained very well. McMillan’s physiotherapist and dietician were very informative. It has been a very good experience
