I had to visit Milton Keynes A&E on 04/08/18 at approx 22:00-23:00 due to an Infected Cyst. I was treated by a Male doctor (name unknown) & a nurse called Robyn. Both were amazing in their care & treatment of me. During my consultation the Doctor has to rush off to an alarm. When he came back it dawned on me that the situation he had to run off to wasn’t pleasant and yet when he returned to me, he didn’t allow this to affect my assessment or care. Robyn was also fantastic. Great personal skills and made me feel at complete ease despite the amount of pain I was in. I hope that this can somehow make its way to the people it needs to because I can imagine how hard their jobs must me and cannot thank them enough along with all of the staff I was treated by... people Re quick to complain but I felt it important to take the time to simply say “Thank you”
