I had such a good experience yesterday at MKUH. The treatment itself was unpleasant, but everybody involved, from the person at the desk who greeted us to those who performed the treatment, could not have made a better effort at making it as good as possible. I felt I was in good hands at every stage - people took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure I was happy at every stage. Afterwards everything was explained to me in simple but precise terms. Me appointment was for 10:15, but it was after 11 when I was actually seen by anyone. This is fine: it was very busy, but perhaps somebody could have given me some idea of how long the wait would be. This would literally be my only criticism, everything else was as good as it could be. A big thank you to everyone involved, I'm so proud of the NHS, and so pleased with my treatment at MKUH
