Spent the best part of a day in A&E with elderly mother who had collapsed. Being severely deaf and suffering with Alzheimer’s she isn’t always the easiest patient to deal with but despite the department being very busy she was thoroughly checked over and multiple tests undertaken to establish the cause of the collapse. She was treated with kindness and respect by the vast majority of the staff.
