The care I received at Medway Hospital's Breast Care Unit was superb. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and I can't thank them enough. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was given lots of literature to look through which is really helpful.
Sometimes the waiting time for my appointments was quite long, but the staff work hard at trying to keep you informed of any delays.
Parking here can be difficult, but I was pleasantly surprised to be given a free parking permit to use whilst undergoing treatment.
