Thanked for excellent, compassionate, caring, care provided to patient and especially family.
Pt. died on Trinity ward.
Couldn't have asked for more professional approach.

Lovely nurses especially Daisy and Vanessa and Steph.
The standards are very high and there are no needs for improvement.
Food is good.

Son needed a back X-ray but staff unable to do so had to go to Colchester A&E
