The staff were genrally wonderful and very caring. We got excellent care and would certainly reconmend the paedatrics department.

Walsall Manor hospital is very clean and modern place and offer great care and follow up appointments and are on the ball with regard to confirming your appointment by following up with a phone call closer to the date.

We visit outpatients paediatricis frequently and always found it clean and tidy and staff are always friendly and pleasant.
The only only bad point is expensive parking especially when you had frequent appointments in the same month.

What a transformation ! Bupa would be proud of these facilities along with the most dedicated staff you could wish to meet. Nurses who care, nurses who are human and nurses who understand. We must also mention the back ground staff who like the nurses provide such a great level of service, well done to all.

The hospital was very clean and tidy , the staff even the cleaners were polite. Could not fault the place

Although my daughter was not given her appointment and I had to constantly chase and call and take 3 trips to A & E to get my daughter seen by a consultant, I can honestly say that once under the care of a consultant the service has been excellent, the nurses had been brilliant. The admin system lets the department down.
