Dr Basu and Dr Claire Rockliffe-Fidler are abusive individuals. The NHS complaints system is a sham because bad doctors go unpunished. The crisis line is full of poorly trained staff who put patient's lives at risk.

Rude consultant psychiatrist. Prescribed anti psychotic, quetiapene, without telling me ANYTHING about the drug. No information sheet was issued which I now realise is against NICE guidelines.
