Seen fairly promptly, considering a 3 hour wait.
Marina our nurse was so lovely and very helpful.

Dr explained situation well but the system of transferring to other departments/outpatients is really bad- feel like I should have had matter dealt with (additional investigation) of time not to wait weeks for out patient. When it could have been sorted on the day in A and E. Dr and nurses great but dealing with so much it's not on. Dust rubbish and a big hole in the wall in disabled toilets in A and E.

Nursing staff were friendly and introduced themselves. They did regular do's.
