All staff friendly and professional. Appt was at 0800. Department locked at this time. Doors not opened until approx 0810 and approx 5 pts waiting outside in corridor.

Seen promptly. Staff very reassuring and calming. Everything was explained well. Good, organised department. Staff attentive - especially when realising I was in discomfort.
