Reception - polite and understanding - efficient, waiting time - less than one hour (The screen) said 3 1/2 hours and I nearly gave up - left but receptionist reassured me - Glad I waited.
Nursing care.
On both occasions I waited the nurses were excellent and practitioners equally helpful. My questions were answered clearly and reassurance given. I was always treated with respect. X-ray taken a results sent to practitioner immediately so advise and future care planned on the same day. Follow up slower after 1st visit it was 10 days for follow up scan appointment.

Nursing team very explanatory friendly and approachable. Any concerns were reassured or got appropriate person to talk to me. Not so keen on mixed bays. Understand cannot be helped at times.
