It would be nice to be told how long we would have to wait for a procedure, instead of just being left in a room for several hours, waiting!
It would be good to have a safe lockable place to leave belonging ie a handbag.

My nursing care on Lord North ward has always been wonderful. All the staff are dedicated, professionals, who are helping me to cope with the traumas of my illness, with respect, love and kindness and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I would like to see an improvement in the cleaning however. I understand that cost need to be kept down, but not at the possible risk of infection. More attention must be paid to bathroom/toilet cleaning in particular.
