Excellent care from all from Dr. Thek, all the nurses (particularly Abbey and Amy who sorted things out so cheerfully) and the ancillary staff of kitchen and cleaning dept.
The only fly in the ointment was the agency nurse who failed to give the patient her drugs or pass on any information about her discharge.
