My mother had a 7.15 am arrival time for a 7.30 appointment. However didn't get surgery until 11.55 am. She is 88 years old and had travelled from Turbridge for this procedure so had been up since 6 am, with no food or drink. Maybe for someone younger this delay is acceptable but for a lady who is 88+ suffering from dementia it was very difficult. Why do you not give staggered appointment so people don't have to wait so long. Not very organised, has to be better system.
