I would give no stars this hospital is a disgrace,the reception staff are very rude and uncaring ,the nurses not much better,the best thing that could happen is to close this hell hole and open Nevil hall and royal Gwent back up,get rid of 90% of the so called nurses and reception staff,you get more care from the porters,who is the saving grace of that place,God help all those who enter ,as the staff won't
